Commissioning lead
The public index lists oil and gas commissioning lead work on its own. Commissioning is a dated piece of a project. It ends. The desk treats it as a ticket with a start and a handover, not as a permanent operations role with a different title.
A company that needs the lead says which system is being brought on. An engineer who has done that work says which system. The desk does not merge the two sentences into “senior engineer”.
The sitting is in Dubai. The plant may be elsewhere. The listing says where. This page does not invent a second office.
