Refining

The public index carries refining titles: process engineer, inspector, lab tester, technician. They sit downstream of the well. The desk does not file them under drilling because both words contain “engineer”.

A refinery ticket names the unit when the client has said it. If the note only says refinery, the desk does not invent a unit to make the line look finished.

Inspection and the lab stay visible. They are how a refinery proves the work, and the list treats them as seats.
