People

Farid Al Hashimi leads people for the practice in Dubai. A careers note is addressed to him. He sits with the desk leads when a seat on this side of the work is opened: associate, coordinator, or editor.

He keeps the roster of who reads which list. Field, drilling, commissioning, and maintenance do not share one inbox inside the practice, and he is who decides that a new colleague hears the right list.

Operators and companies writing about a ticket reach the desks. Farid reads the notes about joining the practice itself.

Field desk

Helena Costa keeps the field operations list. Rotational titles stay together: operator, foreman, integrity, electrical facilities, millwright.

She writes the rotation on the ticket before the craft is allowed to stand alone. A hitch with no pattern goes back to the company that asked.

The desk is in Dubai. The sites are wherever the listing says.

Drilling and wells

Ravi Menon reads the drilling list apart from production. A well seat is not filed as a plant seat because both need an engineer.

He asks for the rig or the project name when the company has one, and he does not invent one when they do not. The public index already separates drilling from the rest.

Listings that cross into commissioning go to that desk instead of being stretched to fit a well.

Offshore route

Nadia Qureshi keeps the offshore line, including the rotations that sit on the field desk. She is who checks that a ticket says offshore rather than hoping the reader will guess.

Onshore production is not her list. When a note mixes a terminal job with a hitch, she splits it before it is posted in either place.

She works in Dubai. The water is wherever the ticket names it.

Maintenance

Samuel Okonkwo reads maintenance and integrity. Foreman, mechanic, planner, supervisor, and the pipeline integrity coordinator are his lines when the search is the workshop or the line, not the shift pattern alone.

He keeps the tool in the title. A planner is not rewritten as a supervisor to make a search look broader.

Integrity stays next to the pipeline. He does not move it into a general safety paragraph.
