Commissioning has an end
A lead for startup is not a standing operations job with a longer name.
The public index lists a commissioning lead as its own search. That is the right cut. Commissioning finishes when the system is handed over. An operations supervisor starts from that day and stays.
Mixing the two fills a project with people who wanted a plant, and a plant with people who wanted a project. The Dubai desk keeps the end date in the sentence.
If the company cannot say which system is coming on, the ticket waits. A lead with no system is a slogan.
