The title is the title
Oil Planters already splits the list. The desk does not glue it back together.
The public site is titled Oil Planters. Its line is “Its all about Oil Planters.” Under that, the index is a long set of titles: drilling, offshore, onshore, refining, HSE, maintenance, commissioning. The practice’s description is oil and gas recruitment solutions. The solutions are those cuts.
An editor who merges them into “energy professional” makes the list harder to read. Ravi Menon’s rule is the opposite. The title on the index is the title in the note.
Fit-out and joinery, when a client’s note uses those words, stay those words. They are not quietly moved under wells.
